By downloading, installing, or using Imposter Remix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Imposter Remix is a local multiplayer party game designed for entertainment. The App allows groups of 3-15 players to play a social deduction game on a single device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App offers optional premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
The App contains content categories rated for different age groups. Categories labeled "18+" contain references to alcohol, romance, and adult themes. Users are responsible for selecting age-appropriate content for their group.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

La App ofrece suscripciones premium opcionales que proporcionan acceso a caracteristicas adicionales:
Las suscripciones se procesan a traves de la App Store de Apple. El pago se cargara a tu cuenta de Apple ID al confirmar la compra. Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo actual. Puedes gestionar y cancelar suscripciones en la Configuracion de tu dispositivo bajo tu Apple ID.
La App contiene categorias de contenido clasificadas para diferentes grupos de edad. Las categorias etiquetadas como "18+" contienen referencias a alcohol, romance y temas adultos. Los usuarios son responsables de seleccionar contenido apropiado para su grupo.
La App se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantias de ningun tipo, ya sean expresas o implicitas. No garantizamos que la App sera ininterrumpida, libre de errores o libre de componentes daninos.
En ningun caso seremos responsables por danos indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos que surjan de tu uso de la App.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Terminos en cualquier momento. Notificaremos a los usuarios de cualquier cambio material actualizando la fecha de "Ultima Actualizacion". El uso continuado de la App despues de los cambios constituye aceptacion de los nuevos Terminos.
